These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ZonalFit platform, operated by ZonalFit Technologies Inc. ("ZonalFit," "we," "our," or "us"). By creating an account or using ZonalFit, you agree to these Terms.
1. General Terms
ZonalFit is a physiological adaptive training platform. The platform generates personalized strength training programs using a patent-pending, rules-based algorithm that adapts to your lifecycle stage, equipment, injuries, and daily readiness.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
ZonalFit provides general fitness guidance and is not a substitute for medical advice. You should consult your healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program, especially if you are pregnant, postpartum, managing a diagnosed condition, or taking medications that affect your physical capacity.
2. Subscription Billing
Monthly Plans
Monthly subscriptions are billed every 30 days at the plan price disclosed at checkout ($14.99/month for Charter Members, $19.99/month for Standard, $29.99/month for Premium when available). Billing continues automatically on the same date each month until you cancel.
Annual Plans
Annual subscriptions are billed once per year at the plan price disclosed at checkout ($134.99/year for Charter Members, $179.99/year for Standard, $269.99/year for Premium when available). Annual plans offer a 25% discount compared to the monthly rate.
Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. ZonalFit does not store your payment card details. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the plan price and any applicable taxes on each billing date until you cancel.
Price Changes
Charter Members receive a lifetime-locked rate of $14.99/month (or $134.99/year) for as long as they maintain an active subscription. Standard and Premium pricing may change with 30 days' notice to affected subscribers.
3. 14-Day Paid Trial Terms
ZonalFit offers a paid trial for new Charter Member signups on the monthly plan only. The trial is not available on annual plans, and it is not available to existing or past subscribers.
- Trial fee: $2.99, charged at checkout, non-refundable.
- Trial length: 14 days of full Charter Member access, starting immediately at checkout.
- After the trial: On day 15, your subscription automatically converts to $14.99/month recurring billing. Your payment method on file will be charged.
- Cancellation: You can cancel at any time before day 15 to avoid the $14.99/month charge. To cancel, go to your account settings inside ZonalFit or contact hello@zonalfit.com. The $2.99 trial fee is not refunded on cancellation.
- Availability: The trial is only offered while Charter Member spots remain (500-member cap). Once the cap is reached, the trial is no longer available.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting hello@zonalfit.com.
- Monthly plans: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access until that date. No prorated refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
- Annual plans: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current annual billing period. You retain access until that date. No prorated refunds are issued for unused months.
- $2.99 trial fee: Non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellation before day 15.

5. Data and Privacy
ZonalFit's core position is that your body is not a business model. We do not sell your health data. We do not share your cycle, pregnancy, or postpartum information with advertisers or third parties. Your biology powers your programming and nothing else.
We collect only the data required to generate your adaptive programming (lifecycle stage, equipment, injuries, training history, daily readiness). Payment information is processed by Stripe and is not stored by ZonalFit.
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting hello@zonalfit.com.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the ZonalFit platform, its exercise library, or its programming algorithms. The patent-pending workout generation engine, exercise library, and lifecycle-adaptive logic are proprietary to ZonalFit Technologies Inc.
You agree not to use the platform in any way that could harm other users, attempt unauthorized access, or violate applicable laws.
7. Disclaimers
ZonalFit provides general wellness and fitness programming. It is not medical advice, physical therapy, or a substitute for professional healthcare. You use the platform at your own risk.
Strength training carries inherent physical risks. You are responsible for exercising within your capacity and following proper form. If you experience pain, injury, or unusual symptoms during training, stop and consult your healthcare provider.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
